Conditions for Price Match Approval
While we aim to honor reasonable price match requests, we reserve the right to evaluate each submission based on the following criteria:
- Market Comparability: The legal market and reputation of the competing firm must align with ours.
- Service Scope: The services quoted must match the scope and quality of what we provide.
If we determine that a price match is not reasonable, we reserve the right to decline. In such cases, we will provide a brief explanation of our decision to maintain transparency.
Signing a Price Quote Agreement
To protect both parties and ensure mutual understanding, clients requesting a price match must sign a Price Quote Agreement before we proceed with evaluating their request. This agreement includes the following terms:

- No Online Ratings Based on Quotes: The client agrees not to provide online ratings based solely on a price quote that they do not agree with.
